Carol Smith was a DRO in my matter. She lacked control of the session & was blatantly biased in my opinion. Focusing on the one issue of least importance TO ME (Applicant) and giving little consideration to my request for disclosure, I believe she strongly prejudiced my file. Could she care less? Absolutely not!! It has been remarkable to hear 1st hand how many fathers, lawyers and even politicians agree the "Family" Law Act is antiquated and typically biased in the woman's favour. Carol Smith once again validated this point, right before my vary eyes. Shame on her. How do these people say they act in the best interest of the child when all they care about is money issues and what the mothers want? Dads suffer, and more so the children suffer. THEY are the true victims when tipping the scales in woman's favour, those who remain unaccountable to anyone. No wonder there are so many financially, emotionally broken fathers and dysfunctional children out there. one word: disgustin
