Do Not Do Not DO NOT use this lawyer. Later on filings and court appearance. I was not able to get a court date. This guy a thief. Do not use him

Horrible experience with attorney Luther. did not follow through as promised. late with filings. I fired him. And, his law firm and partner Sagi Schwartzberg was arrested twice for child porn, child trafficking, paying minors for sex. Multiple felony charges. Michael Luther knew and the office was crazy. Luther covered for his friend and partner. And, the firm is under investigation. The Fontana police issued a Police Bulletin regarding this situation. I was told so much about their lawsuits with other attorneys. No wonder he over billed me.

Schwartzberg & Luther was a total ripoff in that they had poor communication, excessively over billed me for the charges and complaints and handling things.

Had an absurdly awful experience with Attorney Michael Luther of Rancho Cucamonga. He over billed excessively and did not perform the services he was retained to do in a professional or timely manner. He was rude and lacked knowledge. I would never work with this guy again and would never recommend him to other people. I did report him to the California State Bar to start a file.
