Atty Herndon: I regret retaining her. Over nearly 2 years, she gave my case little to no interest. Phone calls and emails were not returned promptly. She repeatedly waited until the last minute to file court documents and failed to move my case forward through the county court. I was made to feel my case had a very low priority compared to her other caseload. Two important documents I provided her were misplaced. She appears knowledgeable regarding the law but her work ethic and diligence could stand to be greatly improved. She has since left the law firm where I first retained her. Apparently I was not the only client she represented who voiced these complaints to the firm's owner.
