Mr Warshaw is completely unethical. He is aggressive, disrespectful and arrogant.He lost vital documents which caused a 1/12 year legal battle in the family. Yet his secretary found the documents in an expandable folder( the one I gave him) in drawer a few months ago and contacted me.These documents had vital sensitive info. And family accused me of with holding the information and not being cooperative. I had to hire another attorney and $14K later in debt to fight this case. Another ex: he got the info completely wrong on a car sale between siblings. The car was valued at $9k. I offered to buy it from sister for $7K all in writing. Mr. W. accused offering to buy it for $3,500K. His emails and comments were inflammatory and caused more unnecessary arguments. When I corrected his mistake he was arrogant. He once told me to shut up and answer his question right in his waiting room. As a co-executrix on the estate I could not fire him. He is unethical RUN from him!
