Danielle will go out of her way to find solutions to problems. Very focused, tenacious and intelligent. Never thought there was such a thing as a concierge lawyer but Danielle definitely is one, delivering her services when and where needed. She truly cares about her clients.

1000 words isn't enough to convey to you why you should retain Danielle Topliss and her assistant Sarah if you have any legal issues with regards to wills, estates and medical issues for family members in Victoria. Ms. Topliss provides a wrap- around service that delivers speedy results. A family member of mine retained Ms. Topliss to assist with some real estate issues several years age, and was very happy with her services. More recently, Danielle assisted in the placement process for my mother, who was hospitalized and urgently needed a long term care bed. We were advised that there were over 70 people in the same hospital waiting for placement, yet within 14 weeks, my mother was placed in an excellent facility. I believe this is because Danielle knows how to talk to people to get what her client needs. She is compassionate, diligent, connected in her community, well- respected, and knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to find Danielle, who was able to help our family with several different complex legal requests. Through it all, we were impressed with the professional and personable attitude of both Danielle and her staff. We thought it was a misprint when we saw the hours listed as 24-7, but she was always available to answer questions, offer support or fight for her client as needed. Her extensive knowledge of both real estate & estate law was invaluable for us, and she did a great job of translating the legal details so we could understand them. The rates were reasonable and offered a great value.

From the start Danielle's dedication to protecting the rights of her client was beyond compare. She is very forthright, extremely intelligent and well thought out in her approach in resolving a complicated case. Extremely good value for money for this concierge type service including many house visits. She tenaciously pursued information sources to develop a very solid foundation of information to provide sound advice to her client. I would highly recommend her for anyone needing assistance with elder law/estate issues, particularly if the client is not very mobile since she is willing to come to the client at their residence.

We have been working with Danielle since 2009 (during this time she assisted with the purchase of our Victoria home, some minor issues like Power of Attorney, etc., and most recently the sale of our home). At all times Danielle has been professional, thorough, conscientious, understanding, and very "cost effective". In fact the time and effort put into a real estate sale goes above and beyond the call of duty and totally disproportionate to what she charges (we would be happy to pay more if asked). Additionally, Danielle's "assistant - Lauren deserves special recognition for her attention to detail, professionalism, responsiveness (seems like 24/7), and patience in the face of my barrage of questions/queries. When I explained to my mother how Danielle presented the situation and advocated for her non pecuniary contributions to be honored in an agreement, she was visibly surprised. She stated that it is a rare thing to see a lawyer who manages to go through the profession yet still manages to keep their integrity and honor.
