Faith Hayman is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. I found her after reading an important case that had been argued before the Supreme Court of Canada. It turned out that Faith was the lawyer on the case (which she won) and I was happily surprised that she is located in North Vancouver. My experience with Faith has been very positive. She is very prompt with correspondence, whether it is by phone or email. She provides very good legal advice and communicates clearly about available options. What I am most impressed with is that she is very kind and compassionate to me as her client (whether it is about my medical issues, the stress involved with dealing with the insurance company or billing), and yet she is a very strong and assertive advocate. She has very good staff, who are very professional. I would highly recommend Faith to anyone needing a lawyer to go up against an insurance company.

I have nothing but good things to say about Faith Hayman and her staff. Communication with her and her staff is excellent. They are very thorough and nothing falls through the cracks or gets forgotten. Nothing is guessed at or done in a haphazard, or sloppy way. Any action or communication required is complete, meticulous, thought through and researched. Everything that I look for in a professional law firm that I can completely trust with getting me through the complicated litigation system, I have found in Faith Hayman Law Corp.. In addition to Faith's professionalism, intelligence, and tenacity to deal with insurance lawyers and not back down, she has been kind, considerate, and intuitive to my personal limitations. Having been beaten and battered around by insurance companies, I do not know what I would have done without having Faith advocating on my behalf. I am truly thankful to her.

I approached Fay when I was completely desperate. I had been unable to work due to a severe medical condition and yet my disability claim and all my subsequent appeals for review by the insurance company were rejected. I found Fay to be patient and compassionate in dealing with me but uncompromising and unrelenting in fighting on my behalf. Throughout this process which took years Fay and her staff were always helpful. I often felt that they went the extra mile to support me. I clearly remember the day that I sat in Fay's office explaining that I am unable to muster enough energy to even find a gym. Fay searched the Internet and phoned a few places and found one near my home. I don't think you would find many lawyers who would do this. Eventually, after a long and hard battle Fay was able to secure a fair settlement. This improved my family's financial situation. But more importantly once again I feel that I am able to provide for my family instead of feeling like a burden.

Faith Hayman and her staff went above and beyond their duty to take care of our case. We can not thank them enough for their caring and quick response. Faith worked late at night to ensure our response times were prompt and she consistently kept us informed on everything happening. She took time to ensure we were fully aware of all the details and has been an honest &affordable ally. I was never so amazed as the day she returned a large portion of our trust fund as we were fully aware that she legally could have claimed it as a percentage of our settlement, yet she charged us hourly and saved us literally thousands of dollars in fees. We will recommend this lawyer to anyone that is in need of team they can trust.

I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone due to the rude, unprofessional, incompetent and deceitful manner that I experienced from Ms. Hayman and her staff.
