I was conflicted on whether to put all 5s or all 1s. His incompetence worked for me but not his client. He encouraged my ex to write a 30 page affidavit trashing my role as a parent. I am sure this cost a pretty penny. I know that my 22 page rebuttal cost me, that's for sure! However, it worked for me the opposition because of his stupidity. I was happy the judge was quick to figure out these intentions. I must admit it was tough to remain composed when he stood up and stated "Your honor, maybe my client is a jerk but..." I guess he must have come to the realization and was not certain as to what else to say but I thank you for representing him at the small price of $450 an hour.
