Wish I could rate him better but after seeing his discipline complaints history, I couldn’t trust him. When ai looked him up, he practiced at Fishman Beley for decades but is at another firm now. All to say do your research is what I did. For the children.

Did nothing with my case for years. Misled, didn’t follow client instructions, didn’t care about the children, didn’t answer calls, emails. Overall traumatic on every level. Law Society do a better job of regulating your lawyers.

Law Society – October 18, 2004:
On September 1, 1993 Mr. Beley plead guilty to 6 counts of professional misconduct for misleading a number of clients as to the status of their matters and failing to serve them in a conscientious, diligent and efficient manner. His practicing certificate was cancelled and re-issued with conditions that he practice under another lawyer, and he was ordered to obtain psychological counseling for one year. Furthermore, he was ordered to pay costs of $1500.00.
