Peter Milligan is a rude, dishonest, and an extremely unprofessional attorney. I do not believe he even knows Law or how he even passed the Barr. He lies and scams the system and his practices board line illegal. He should be disbarred immediately.

Peter handled a tort case for me. He was rude to me and lied to me many times. I stuck with him as my attorney and kept trying to work with him because I believe in working with people, but it was very hard to work with Peter Milligan. If you want a professional attorney, you do NOT want Peter Milligan representing you.

He does not file motions in a reasonable time frams. He also does not respond to client questions and emails. He gets angry with clients.
