Racks up bill with whatever he can. Terrible at explaining things.

Stay away from this guy! He's only interested in 'racking up' his bill and provides very little in return. He passes on messages from the other lawyer and asks the client what they want to do? He was easily bullied by the other lawyer. He absolutely failed in the court and forgot many things during conversation. He raised his hourly rates in the middle of the action and offered absolutely no additional benefit. The only thing that this guy is good at is being a 'turn-key' for the other lawyer. He talks about going to court often but doesn't understand the law well enough to avoid going to court. He absolutely blew it when it came to dividing up the property. He made no effort to get what the client deserved, but instead was only interested in making more money off his client by saying 'we'll just go back to court'. If there is only one thing that I could change then it would've been to go to a mediator and forget this guy altogether. Did I mention that they charge to forward email?
