I had significant problems with access to my children and hired Dianna to resolve them. She dragged it out for 3.5 years. She seemed biased against me ( I can only assume because I am male ). She also claimed to have done work she did not do including filing papers with the court. I called the court and confirmed the things she said she filed, she did not. Though for that bill it was 1800 dollars, I brought the issue up and she gave me a 50 dollar credit. Avoid this lawyer.

Ms. Musgrave is a poor lawyer and I wholeheartedly agree with the other comment that she fails to communicate key information. This whole process of family law ensures that only the lawyers get richer. Be warned it is in their best interest to misinform you, fuel your contempt for your ex and drag out the drama just to line their pockets.

Diana Musgrave kept me informed from day 1. Although I didn't always like what I was hearing, she made sure I understood. Diana did a great job representing me and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her - she knows her way around the law.

She's good but fails to deliver on key information that can be pertinent to your decision making. A good lawyer tells you the pros and cons, it was only brought to my attention from her that after a huge legal bill to take me ex to court for child and spousal support that MEP fails to follow any court orders and that I would have better luck at resolving all issues at a preliminary hearing which i wanted to do bug Ms Musgrave didn't want to do. As a paying client I should have been informed that MEP doesn't follow court orders.

I find it difficult to believe that the comments made by the last reviewer on May 1, 2015, are those of an actual client. My guess is that it is the critique of a respondent who lost in court to Diana and her client. Diana is an extremely competent attorney and I would recommend her to anyone who needed assistance in Family Court.
