During the interview, he said, all charges should be thrown out of court. Did not even show up to court. Had a lawyer that was in court represent me. No defence whatsoever. I would have been better off self represented.

I was very happy with Mr. Root. He was very professional and straight to the point. His assistant and him Were very responsive and I was always informed of what Was going on with my case. His pricing was very reasonable and he got me a great result! I have no record thanks to Mr Root ! I Am very happy and would definitely recommend him as a lawyer !

Called his office spoke to his male secretary or assistant,asked was the consultation free was told absolutely.Got to my appointment about a week later.Mentioned about how my daughter who was the client suffered my really bad panic attacks,anxiety.He laughed and said does't everyone?.....I was in total shock.Then I asked what he was able to do for my daughter's case ,oh I will be able to get her fine down drastically....and time not being able to drive down as well,nether happened.Everything remained the same except her fine went down 500 dollars from 2,500 to 2000.00.Also when I was having second thought's about hiring him he jumped down my throat and starting saying the consultation wasn't free ,he doesn't work for free he said in a raised tone to scare me.I said well that's what your assistant/secretary told me.Sort of a threat in other words if you don't hire me you have to pay for this consultation.He can drag me to court this is 1000% the truth..wish I googled him before all this

YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF REPRESENTING YOURSELF. YOU DONT NEED A LAWYER FOR A PLEA DEAL. that's AL HE WILL DO PLEA DEALS. AND SCAMS PEOPLE FOR MONEY... HE IS A CRIMINAL ... AND SO IS HIS FATHER. WAS A JUDGE BUT RESINED FOR MONEY LAUNDERING...

Never returned phone him nor his secretary. never got in writing what any amount would be for his services just verbal words and only wanted cash or cheque wish is very fishy. Couldn't tell me what my outcome would be to any sort and isnt this why we hire lawyers. I would never use him again and I will letting people know not to use him either. Poor communication and a rude secretary. Like giving him cash but wants to charge me taxes like yeah we know what he's doing with this money. Not a valuable lawyer for the cost.
