Explanation of ratings in order: Mary seemed to have basic knowledge. Her communication about the case or anything with it seemed lack there of. Tenacity, well I saw none. We are greatful for her professionalism on filling out the court forms for us. The work quality and value, let's just say you pay for what you get and she won't come recommended.
