I have heard many good things about David regarding Family Law but had an absolute horrible experience working with him for what should have been a "simple divorce case". For example, AWFUL communication (basically none unless I emailed two or three times across a month), did not respect or listen to my wishes, took negligible notes so that I had to repeat myself multiple times, and added items to the affidavit that were not true. His "ignorance" of basic divorce laws (or his inability to remember them) resulted in a prolonged experience that caused a large amount of mental trauma. I felt like he did not understand the danger in my situation nor did he show empathy or understanding. Perhaps David is good for more complex Family Law matters, but my experience was anything but pleasant.

Without a doubt, David Winninger is the best lawyer I have ever met. He is always hard-working, easy to talk to and he will always look out for you. He makes magic happen in court. Make sure you always listen to his advice because he always wants the best for you and your family. His legal fees are more than reasonable. He put my faith back into the justice system. My family is forever grateful. God Bless you and your family. David's staff also always goes beyond and above my expectations. I would have lost my mind if it wasn't for David and his compassion and understanding. I recommend David Winninger to everyone who needs help with family law, and certain civil matters, such as wills and estates. David is definitely worth every penny. David Winninger is absolutely the best lawyer I have ever met. I have known David since 2012 and he has been my family's lawyer ever since. For all of my family and civil law issues I always go to David. I have never met a lawyer who cares about their clients as much as David does. He is worth every penny, and to be completely honest he doesn't charge enough for the amount of work and effort that he puts into every case. I recommend him to everyone I know. I completely disagree with previous comment. David is the most professional, truthful and justice oriented lawyer out there. For one, a client has to be truthful, cooperative and well mannered. Thanks to David my family and I have the best life possible. We are forever grateful to David for always supporting us through the most difficult times. We truly couldn't do it without you.
