When I met this lawyer, I found her to be cold and uncaring. I decided not to hire her based on that fact. Not exactly personable, friendly and warm either. She does seem very knowledgeable but since she seemed to have a cold personality, that made it hard for me to trust her based on our consultation.

very unhappy with this lawyer terms set up with agreement were hard to enforce and my lawyer knew follow-up & contact with my ex was an issue, left it up to me to pay 50% upfront on kids expenses and reach out to him for reimbursement, which he refused, very cold personality wise, felt completely taken advantage of
