Ms. Bains helped me get an excellent settlement from ICBC. She kept me informed through out the whole process and promptly returned my calls when I had any questions. Gurinder is a closer. I retained Gurinder 4 months ago, expecting to have to wait 1-3 years for my case to be settled. To my surprise she had settled it within 4 months, for almost double as much I was expecting! If you're looking for a lawyer who isn't afraid of picking up the phone, negotiating and making a deal (most lawyers are all about letters), then Gurinder is the one.
