The firm came highly recommended but was a major disappointment. Communications are a huge problem. There is little tenacity in dealing with another lawyer on contentious issues. Best to find someone else.

she is rude, condescending and she has a difficult time concentrating on the issue at hand. I will call to discuss my matter and she starts discussing her own personal issues and then I am billed for this on my account. She billed me for spending 30 minutes discussing herself, her legal successes, her children etc... The majority of calls on my bill has to do with her talking about herself. She has proven that her ego is definitely bigger than my case.

Be prepared for vacation alert! Cheryl is always on vacation and then she leaves your file to be dealt with by her Associate or Law Clerk. I tried to schedule a call with her to discuss my matter but she is never available because she is always on VACATION. Since my retainer, she has been on vacation every month. Even when you she decides to take your call, she mainly talks about herself and what panel she is presenting on. She is too self-absorbed and self-involved to focus on your matter. She is downright condescending and rude when she was discussing my issues. Also, she made me feel judged and that my choices are and were stupid. Do not recommend.

She took a relatively amicable divorce, and turned it into a nasty malicious high conflict situation. She was not responsive to me or other counsel. She charges for every little thing.

EXTREMELY disgusted with the service and lack of respect Cheryl gives to her clients. All i needed was independent legal advice and co habitation agreement signed that was already prepared. To begin, She completely fools you saying she has an address is Vaughn which is not true. The address she gives online is a space where you rent rooms out. She gets clients in by putting her prices so low and acting so professional in person but then as soon as you hire her every other week she tells you she needs more of a retainer fee and wont answer your e-mails until days later. Anytime you call her law clerk to ask why you are being charged again or simple questions regarding the retainer, she is rude and extremely disrespectful and cannot even answer simple questions you ask of. After paying Cheryl $2000 she told me she did not want to work with me anymore accusing me of untruthful things such as yelling at her law clerk. I am still in shock of how I was treated and fooled by Cheryl.

This by far has been the worse experience I've ever had!! Cheryl consistently only cares about her financial pocket. I NEVER missed a payment, but if my retainer was low, I wouldn't even get responses back unless I updated it, not to mention she is NEVER available, and ALWAYS on another case. Get use to working with her staff...she won't respond. I was well over 140K in lawyer fees with a clean cut case in the last 8 months which she new, yet it was apparent she wanted to push court at more financial costs to me. She didn't care about the emotional stress and made a point of bringing this to my attention regularly. If I questioned her bill, she threatened to fire me. Finally I had enough, went to another lawyer and had my case close within 3 weeks of doing this. I had been with Cheryl's firm over 2 years with no success other than being broke! She will not care about you or your family.......just her pocket book again. NEVER would I recommend her.
