I had Mark help out on an agreement that unfortunately turned into a bit of a drawn out court battle. Throughout my time with Mark I found him always to be available and always to be very knowledgable regarding the next steps we had to take to get my matter resolved. I have looked at other reviews on him and I agree that his work does not come cheap. That being said I always knew how much the bill was going to be and he did bill on a monthly basis. I have no hesitation telling my friends and family about Mark as I do believe him to be a very capable lawyer in Saskatoon.

Numerous errors from this firm. Unable to reply to a petition within 30 days despite information given. One of the junior associates made fun of me by saying "Oh they still let you practice!" Rude, and stretched the time out to bill maximum hours. Lacked detail in their invoices. Talked down to me, slow talker, who was sure to stretch his billable time to a maximum. Took 2 lawyers over 2 months to tell me my income despite me giving them my complete income tax returns for 3 years They were uncertain on how to calculate corporate income. I feel that they double billed me in the fact that the owner told me he uses junior associates in order to keep costs down. They still submitted to me instructions on how to proceed from the junior, and their bill was over 10000 for the month even though I only had 2 hours of direct contact with them. I feel that they used me knowing that I had some cash in hand, and I felt that they took advantage of my situation. Would NOT recommend to anyone!

I had Mark before Christmas last year. He is a bit younger and is quite expensive ... but he did a great job for me. He is very good with communicating and laying out options. The option for me was to go to Court. I was incredibly impressed with Mark when in Court. He impressed even my friend and others in the courtroom. I am so thankful for his representation. To be honest, we were not completely successful after court, but Mark had told me it was a risk. I could not have asked for better from a lawyer. Thanks again Mark!

This lawyer ripped me off! He charged thousands of dollars when I was going through a separation and got nowhere! Not worth the money especially when he sided with counsel opposite! He had many spelling mistakes and wasn't confident in court when he needed to be. He would tell you one thing and do the opposite. He was a horrible lawyer, dragged things out for 2 years and never settled a thing!! He lost court cases against a student at law!! Absolutely disgusted with him!
