the BEST criminal lawyer there is. got my case dismissed!!! I was facing serious jail time, and was willing to accept a misdemeanor, but he got it completely, 100% dismissed. God Bless him. Great at Negotiating. Great at writing. Great at everything.

I had another lawyer before hiring Daniel DeMaria, and can say there was an honest night/day difference between the two of them. I credit the results in my case (dismissal) to his hard work and nothing else. The DA was trying to railroad every step of the way, but Daniel derailed their attempts!
