I found Daniel thru LawyerRatingz.com and was so impressed with the ratings that clients had given him, that I called him immediately. I never had to retain an attorney before and was scared to death. Daniel could sense, immediately, how upset and frustrated I was and I will be forever grateful that he was the one answering his own phone and holding my had thru the whole court process. He somehow got my case dismissed and I can"t tell you how grateful I am for his conscientiousness, knowledge, integrity,compassion for my situation, and promptness for returning my emails and messages. the BEST criminal lawyer there is. got my case dismissed!!! I was facing serious jail time, and was willing to accept a misdemeanor, but he got it completely, 100% dismissed. God Bless him. Great at Negotiating. Great at writing. Great at everything.

I had another lawyer before hiring Daniel DeMaria, and can say there was an honest night/day difference between the two of them. I credit the results in my case (dismissal) to his hard work and nothing else. The DA was trying to railroad every step of the way, but Daniel derailed their attempts!

We used this lawyer for a case in Buffalo and he got excellent results for us. We had intended to get a local lawyer but called him and he gave us advice that sounded like it made a lot of sense, and so even though he was in NYC we chose him and could not be any happier. The one thing we will say, is that he seemingly answers EVERY phone call, EVERY text, EVERY e-mail within minutes - it really helped keep the stress down and made the process flow smoothly.
