Made an appointment for a consultation regarding a dispute we are having with former landlord (deposit money).Mr. Tripathi's paralegal was very nice, but couldn't get our credit card processed fast enough.We started to make our case with Mr. Tripathi, but his body language, facial expressions, & tone of voice clearly indicated he didn't think we had a case worth hearing about.Maybe we misread, but the gut says NO we did not! Said near the end he represents landlords WAY more often than tenants.It was very clear he wasn't interested in the details of our case, just interested in our $.Spent all of 15 minutes TOPS with us. It felt like we were taken to the cleaners.He said we could file in small claims,but offered little advice, other than he could prepare all the paperwork for another $350,already gave him $150 for those few non-productive minutes.Found him listed under "Tenant Services",wrong,definitely behaved like a rep for landlords exclusively.Do not recommend if you're a tenant!
