Nathan Ganapathi lured me to hire him when he caused me to believe that he would represent my interests; instead, he used bait and switch against me. Ultimately, I ended up paying roughly $200,000.00 CAD and he sabotaged my pleadings beyond repair. He is known for misconduct. The Law Society of B.C. suspended his practice at one point: https://www.lawsociety.bc.ca/about-us... I do not recommend this lawyer.

Why would a lawyer propose going to a higher court when the lower court can overturn previous decisions? Its a way to waste time and money!
