I have chosen Karen to represent me regarding my termination from the company where I held senior executive position for almost 8 years. I have spoken to several lawyers while choosing my representation, including a partner at a well known downtown firm. Karen provided the best plan of action, and delivered exactly what she promised, including changing the terms of the settlement to meet conditions that were very important to me. Other lawyers told me that it would not be possible to sway company’s position that way, while Karen took time to understand what is exactly that I want and why I want it, then figured out how to make it happen. I highly recommend her services.

I met Karen, by chance in February of 2016, after I was let go from a company that was very abusive. After I had a short consultation with her, I knew she would be the perfect lawyer to take on my case. She is very wise in what she does; she is very selective with words and knows exactly what to do in difficult situations. Every question I asked her, she always had an answer for. I remember Karen telling me at the beginning of the case, she would not recommend I go through with the lawsuit unless it was worth the time/effort & shortly after reading the contract, she told me we would win. I ended up going through with the case & had no regrets and full confidence in winning with Karen as my lawyer. My mediation was in July of 2016 & sure enough,we won the case. I would encourage anyone who is in any civil litigation situation to hire Karen and you will have no doubt/be completely satisfied with her work. Karen helped my father reach a settlement in his wrongful dismissal case against his former employer. Throughout the process Karen was very reassuring and compassionate and provided excellent service. She responded quickly to emails and kept my father and I up-to-date. We were very satisfied with Karen's work and we definitely recommend her.

I met with Karen Sanchez for a consultation. Although I didn't end up retaining her services, I found her to be extremely patient, kind, professional and compassionate. She made time to hear me out with interrupting and was realistic about expectations. Even though we didn't end up using her she always responded to emails in a timely fashion and offered lots of information and assistance after our meeting. She went above and beyond the call of duty as far as I'm concerned considering we didn't end up using her (only because financial limitations wouldn't allow it). I would consider using Karen in the future and would recommend her to others.
