Clearly not a trusted, respected lawyer, much less a person of integrity. A lawyer that steals people’s money and lies about it, as outlined by a former employee, is what gives lawyers a bad reputation. As a lawyer, your reputation, trustworthiness and honesty are your badge of honour. Non existent with Barker. Daniel Barker is a stranger to the truth. Someone you cannot trust. He lacks morals and values. By all accounts, his reputation has proceeded him. Disbarment is next for the loser of all losers. Like most conmen, he’s not even smart, consistent with most criminals. He is someone practicing on the level of the Mafia. Dipping into trust fund money is a forbidden practice. Avoid this sleazy, money grabbing, back alley, Money Mart going lawyer like the plague.

This is the WORST LAWYER I have ever encountered! Bar None! Words don't begin to describe him! But here is a try, Rude, Arrogant, Liar, Bully, ( He actually puffs out his chest to try and intimidate people when he thinks he can) I am writing this review at the request of my new lawyer, Danial Barker should be thrown out of the honorable profession of law. But until he is I caution everyone to steer clear of him if you want to win your case of just not waste your money.

my wife and I retained this loser to help us. he is truly the most incompetent lawyer I have ever known. the worst thing my wife did not trust him from the start. we are lucky we did not lose our house! I would warn others to keep looking for a good lawyer!
