Free advice ladies. Tanya is very busy, disorganized and won't be knowledgeable about your case. HIRE HER if you're getting divorced and want to screw your pour excuse of a husband. Hire Tanya but convince the sap to do collaborative law. Then hire Susan Nardi as the divorce accountant. Susan will take control (not just the finances) and guide you at half the cost. Why half? The poor sap is paying half her bill while she works for you. In my case, Susan got me a sweetheart of a deal, convincing my ex that it was fair. Both lawyers were pretty much invisible until the end and left it up to Susan to work out the separation of assets and even the spousal support. Easy job for them. Tanya attended a few meetings (at the end mostly) but had no clue what was going on. His lawyer too. In the end, I got more than I had hoped for, the sap paid half of Susan's bill (despite hardly talking to her) and my bill from Tanya was fairly low. Remember, Tanya, collaborative law, SUSAN. Thank you Susan ;)

Does not follow any process. Allows for manipulation. I would recommend asking her about her process up front and what to expect.

Ms. Farkouh Martin is an outstanding lawyer. She addressed all my concerns in my child custody/access and support case. She gives excellent legal advice and is very knowledgeable. Ms. Farkouh Martin is very professional and is quick at returning my calls/emails. I could not ask for a better lawyer!!!

Ms. Farkouh Martin squeezed me in when she was already fully booked. She listened to my problems and gave me great legal advice! I couldn't be happier with the service. The end results were better than I had hoped.

Very arrogant and condescending. Charges you for every little thing with basically zero results. She does not want to hear your concerns. She will take thousands of dollars worth of your money and you will still have nothing resolved. She is there for the money ONLY, not for her client.

Complete waste of time and money. Extremely unprofessional and lacks knowledge, confidentiality and certainly did not look after my best interest. Does not fully understand the law as my separation agreement is flawed and full of mistakes. Shared confidential information and personal opinions with the other lawyer Ms. Fortier who was representing my spouse during our separation. Overheard lawyers talking about my case over drinkings on the patio of Alexandria's with other people. This is not a lawyer that will look after your best interest.

Very disappointed... got all our information then said could not get the case because conflict of interest... seriously?! Why allow me book the appointment in the first place?

Absolute waste of money and time. Actually booked a meeting with my ex's lawyer against my wishes and had the nerve to get arrogant and condescending when I voiced displeasure. Burned through my retainer having accomplished nothing and then expected more money.
