I could barely have had a worse experience than what I had with Julie Hess. Her customer service was poor to say the least. She failed to communicate with me in a timely manner. She would leave for vacation and not notify me. I had to contact her office staff several times because she would not call back. The cost of her services were extraordinary. We may have gotten a third way through my case and I was already four times the amount I budgeted (25,000.00)!! She was late for scheduled court dates. She studied in the court for our case and offered a lack luster presentation to the judge. I lost a great deal of time with children I believe as a direct result of working with this lawyer.
