I was charged with mischief under 5K , crown was looking for a sentence of 3-6 mnths in Thunder Bay District Jail, Mr. Woods got me a conditional discharge. Absolute win for me as I am able to eventually travel outside of Canada and best of all ... NO CRIMINAL RECORD !!! Mr. Woods is the Perry Mason of T-Bay !
