Erin did a superb job with our Wills, Personal Directives and Enduring Powers of Attorney. She took the time to carefully explain each document and provided us with options for consideration, while allowing us the space to make decisions that we were comfortable with and that fit our particular circumstances. She also provided us with expert advice and solutions given my partner and I are in a bi-racial partnership with different citizenship statuses. We will definitely head back to Erin for any future legal service's needs. I highly recommend Erin and the team at Mountain Vista Law.

I thought that preparation of will documents would be overwhelming and stressful, but Erin made it easy for us with exceptional customer service, communication tailored to our understanding of law, professional knowledge, and seamless process.
Erin really listened to our needs, and the will documents include everything that we asked for.
We had very good experience with the Support Staff. They provided us with all information, and communication, emails and phone calls, was always timely.

After interviewing 6 lawyers, I hired Erin. She's the only one that asked what I wanted not how much is your ex worth. She was kind, firm, informative and always did what she said she would. Didnt charge me through the nose. Always gave me the honest best worst case scenarios. Shes not only smart and tenacious, but a good human. You won't go wrong with Erin. Nice to have a lawyer you can trust who really does fight for you.

I had a meeting with Erin because I am in a tough spot in my relationship and am considering leaving the situation. I was very emotional and unsure how I wanted to proceed. Erin gave me a ton of info and laid out different options without making me feel pressured to pay a retainer. I left feeling relieved and confident. I still don't know how I will proceed but if I ever feel the need to have lawyer I won't hesitate to contact Erin.

In my mind Erin gas restored the reputation of Lawyers. If She and her generation of legal advisors continue with the type of service that Erin and Mountain Vista Law have provided to me perhaps it won't be too many years before Lawyers in general have a better reputation to live up to. Erin was great in advising in my divorce proceedings and I would willingly and readily recommend her to anyone. Pleasant to deal with and totally realistic and fair with her charges and rates. Instead of charging by the page she charges a flat amount for office charges as a percentage of her hourly charges and this in my mind is a far fairer method.

We were in a very high conflict situation with incredibly difficult dynamics. Erin's professionalism, knowledge and overall pragmatism got us to a final solution and contract that had been missing for over ten years. She was very flexible in the working arrangement and looked for expeditious solutions not ongoing conflict.... truly refreshing to deal with in this field. Highly recommended!!

My experience with Erin was extremely positive. She is great to work with and her knowledge is always impressive. What always amazed me about Erin was her straightforwardness, honesty, and professionalism. She explains things extremely well in plain and easy to understand language, and then outlines all the options, the likelihood of success, and costs - making decisions much easier. She assisted me in a custody dispute, and I will be forever thankful to her and her fantastic work. I have continued to retain her services whenever needed and will always be her loyal client (e.g. Child Support Re-adjustments, Order updates, etc.) On a scale from 1 to 10, she is definitely 1000!

Wow! When I first met Erin, I was at my wits end, thinking that my life, recently turned upside-down would never be the same. Erin has been a god send! I am so thankful for the support and advice I have received from her. She is efficient, feisty and really tries to keep costs down.
