Incredibly helpful and courteous. Always took my calls, never evaded questions. Very competent and knowledgeable lawyer. I have always had extremely good service and he is very personable.

I went to see John about a legal matter. He said he would represent me but was going on vacation. I said it could wait until he got back. I sent him the documents he needed and never heard from him again. I followed up with a call and he assured me he'd read the documents and get back to me. I never heard from him. I thought I shouldn't have to call someone three times to attain their services.

I had very few responses from Mr. Manning, even during times of emergency, such as when a preprepared personal directive of care was needed to be sent to the local hospital. (He had also failed to send a copy of this to the ssenior's residence when repeatedly reminded over a period of 3 months, and thus it was not available when needed by the EMS ambulance.) He was the legal Representative and took 2 months unnecessarily to follow through on duties such as giving notice to the senior's residence and arranging to move belongings into temporary storage. In fact, he did not do this, the person designated as having co-power of attorney did the arrangements.
