I was warned by my real estate agent not to use Aida, but I insisted because she was reasonably priced. Biggest mistake. Aida is unprofessional, disorganized, and rude. The whole process was done extremely last minute because of her disorganization and with MULTIPLE errors. Worst of all, Aida will is rude and even insulting when you confront any of the issues with her. Save yourself a nightmare and stay clear of Aida.

I found Aida to be incredibly unprofessional. She does everything last minute and with mistakes. She was my lawyer during a condo acquisition, other family members at the time were purchasing another condo unit in the exact same complex but used a different lawyer. For each step in the process Aida did everything last minute and blamed the condo builders or the bank for the delay/tardiness. Oddly enough, my family - who had the same bank and builders, got their paper work weeks in advance from their lawyers and with anticipation. When I questioned the truthfulness of her "excuses" she became very upset and rude. When I called the builder, they explained they had sent all paperwork well in advanced. In, all the process was painful and disorganized, her staff was equally rude. Save yourself the headache and go to literally any other lawyer who won't lie to you and is organized.

She is a very kind and professional. I'm happy with her service and my new house. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a good service and also good price.

Communication skills are very poor, she never calls back phone calls. it was simple private house sale with bridge financing she could not done on time. very low knowledge. I would NOT recommend her to anyone for real estate legal work. wasting your money and time

Very kind and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain in detail the process and did not charge me as much as other lawyers in town charge. She is a very good lawyer.
