While the legal system overall is very inefficient (ie litigious society, case loads, protracted process, etc) which reduces overall "value" (ie input costs of time & money to achieve results exceed output value), Ms Zissis is a steadfast advocate and value-add for her client. She is smart, brings time tested experience, and demonstrates professional care for her client within an inefficient system -- I was very appreciative of her expertise and highly recommend her services.
