I felt there were not put any effort in case. I have dealt with Ministry for children and social development and there was not even one call made from the side of my lawyer to social worker for long period of time

Terrible. An exersize in reducing your expectations so that she can get paid without actually doing any work. Retain her if you want to be bent over.
