Jennifer Wootton Regan is the consummate professional. She excels at workplace investigations and cares in a way that most attorneys are incapable of understanding. Her knowledge and constant search for ways to resolve workplace disputes as opposed to just "laying blame". Her knowledge and respect for BOTH sides of the dispute equation is without question. For the corporation, she gets to the meat if the issue and presents sound findings. I have had the pleasure of observing her work and the care that she puts into her findings utilizing her deep understanding of the human condition, what motivates us all and the balance required to ensure a sound resolution. You could have no better counsel when confronting these issues in your corporation.

Jennifer Regan lacks professionalism as well as basic understanding of social justice and human rights. She is a struggling lawyer working from home, hired by Darwinian agencies who desperately need a corrupt investigator to muddle the waters. Her sole interest is monetary gain, and she will unscrupulously report valid harassment or discriminatory claims as unsubstantiated, despite strong evidence that is well accepted by the Human Rights Tribunal. Do not EVER trust her, unless you are a corrupt organization employing her to defend your fascist practices (I am tired of using euphemisms...).

How this lawyer claims to be an investigator is beyond me. She provides her employer with what ever desired output they want and obviously can not create reports based on fact but rather on who is paying her bill. Her findings are not based on rules or law but on what she finds in her best interest in acquiring more work. She fabricates fairytales and can not/does not care about the truth. Her clothing and appearance are far more suited to another profession. 4 inches of cleavage, buttons pulling on shirts that are obviously to small, skin tight skirts that are far to short, stiletto pumps. Absolutely unprofessional. Her complete lack of knowledge is baffling. It makes one wonder how she made it through university let alone law school. Having dealings with and trying to manage this person was a nightmare.
