FROM THE BEGINNING HE LIES TO CHARGE YOU MORE AND DRAGS IT OUT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE! On his website he states: 1.)each and every matter proceeds as smoothly as possible. ANOTHER LIE! HE CREATES DRAMA AND STRESS BETWEEN THE PARTIES. 2.)has a strong courtroom presence. ANOTHER LIE! HE TOLD ME IF THIS GOES TO COURT THEN YOU WILL NEED A LITIGATION SPECIALIST. 3.)looks to reduce cost and stress on clients by settling matters in an economical and amicable fashion. LIE! LIE! LIE! WE COULD HAVE MEDIATED THIS DIVORCE YEARS PRIOR BUT HE KEPT GOATING ME ON WITH PROMISES. 4.)he is a natural peacemaker, focused on mediation and negotiation. AS I STATED EARLIER THIS IS NOT A DIVORCE LAWYER, HE SHOULD STICK TO WILLS AND REAL ESTATE BUT I'M NOT SURE HE COULD EVEN HANDLE THAT WITHOUT CHARGING YOU MORE.
