My wife and I drove 650 miles on Feb 17, 2015 for a Work Comp hearing in Urbana, IL. At stake was 16,000 in past medical bills owed through a Work Comp situation..
I am going to be as simple as I can: Through ( I feel ) Mr. Kress's incompetence in settling my Work Comp case in the state of Illinois, it has cost me (proveably) as of right now, Feb 20, 2015 16,000.00 give or take some change
Mr. Kress made one of the cardinal errors in lawyering in that he settled a case against my expressed wishes. You just don't do that
This was such a simple error yet ...the simple error cost me as of today 03/02/15 16,000.00 from my social security funds and some small savings. I have been talking to people with Medicare all over the country and they stand amazed what this man gotten away with
so far.
My review is on Frank D. Kress only. I am sure that everyone of the other people in the firm, including Jason Rubens, are very competent at their job.
