I have wide ranging and long term experience with the Aitchison law office and for this reason they are highly recommended. You only get to deal with her assistant, in the reception area. She'll tell you she can help you, take your retainer, writes letters each of which she never follows up on until you call 4 times because no one calls you back and then she doesn't even have the courtesy to call you herself, you only hear from her assistant. I hired her for a specific purpose and after time ran out to defend myself, and she did nothing other than charge me outrageous amounts for 2 letters. Inept to say the least and very unprofessional. I'll be filing a complaint with the LSOUC.
