She did not meet deadlines as she said she would, and the office always called old numbers instead of the one I had put on file three different times. I entered into a payment plan and a week before the court date she told me unless I paid the full balance due (over two thousand dollars) that she would not represent me in court. I had to represent myself as I had no money left for another retainer for a new lawyer. She gives me the evil eye whenever she sees me in public like she takes it personal that I cannot pay her that amount of money all at once. (she signed the payment agreement to, not just me). For someone that was supposed to help me with my family matter, she sure turned it around a week before the court date. Horrible experience.

Never met ONE deadline, never met one within a month of when she said she would. She works in the court system in Warsaw and should not do private practice if she doesn't have the time to dedicate herself. $150 an hour and i have literally done all of the work, she is completely unavailable for help 80% of the time. The legal staff in this office could probably not spell "paper bag" let alone find the way out of one. There has not been ONE thing that Liz Deckard or her staff has done for me that i haven't had an issue with. I would not recommend this law office to anyon, seriously ANYONE. If anyone asked me if i know a lawyer i am going to tell them to go as far away from this office and Liz Deckard as they can. I am in the middle of some civil issues, and Liz Deckard and her office has at least doubled my problems. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM UNLESS YOU HAVE ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY TO WASTE. They have not helped me in any way, except to lighten my wallet
