I engaged Mrs. Schofield by referral in 2015 for an issue that was drawn out over a four year period. Jessica was always available when I needed her, always responded to emails and phone calls promptly and provided me with every ounce of information and assistance I needed from beginning to end. I could not have asked for a more kind, supportive, caring and knowledgeable lawyer. If having your lawyer be invested in the best outcome for you is important to you than I do not believe Jessica is the best. In 2021 when I needed a lawyer again, you guessed it, I hired Jessica. In a completely different situation she was just as knowledgeable, helpful and kind. My sister is now going through a separation and needs to engage a lawyer and Jessica has not only given us free advice via phone calls and emails but she encouraged us to opt first for a mediator rather than incurring an expensive legal bill. I cannot understand why others are saying otherwise. It is simply not true.

I retained Jessica for my family law trial and she was fantastic. If you are looking for a lawyer who is very organized, knowledgeable, detailed, and doesn't miss deadlines, consider her. She is an excellent litigator as well and was very well prepared for trial every step of the way. She had done her homework and it showed. I felt very well-represented throughout the process.

Any good review on here is written by her. She has no Knowledge of anything other than how to screw you with billing. He goal is only to take as much money from you as she can. She is unorganized, late, rude, incompetent and highly dumb. Her license is from a stale Cracker Jack box. I’m sure she isn’t even capable of getting herself dressed in the morning. As soon as I got rid of her I was able to settle things more amiably with my ex then wasting time and money on incompetent legal advice only interested in keeping things heated and aggressive between the parties. If you don’t mind wasting your money on this Cracker Jack box license then dial up another lawyer or better yet do it yourself as I guarantee you will have more knowledge then this liar, thief and disrespectful thinking she’s entitled and above you loser. Wish I seen this page before I wasted my hard earned money and time with my kids on this.

This lawyer is rude and inflammatory. She allows the pettiness of her clients to shine through in how she provides misleading documents and addresses opposing counsel and client. Jessica purposely builds and creates rifts in order to over-bill and drag cases out. If 5 things are requested, expect only one or two incomplete answers from her along with attitude and entitlement. This woman should not be able to call herself collaborative as she is anything but.

Stuck up snotty and rude. A way of pretending she knows what she’s talking of. Her knowledge of the law is limited and resorts to bullying tactics. She caused my matter to drag on and caused it to be contentious . Only when I changed lawyers did my matter resolve and the communication with my ex started and things where better for our children. Skip this lawyer and hire someone who wants to help instead of making it worse. She does dress unprofessional and treats other lawyers with disrespect. This shouldn’t be tolerated as it makes everyone want to fight.

I feel that she genuinely cared about my situation and did her best to ensure a satisfactory outcome. Jessica was prompt, professional, and able to guide me through a difficult divorce. She gave me options but never pressured me to continue litigation so as to make more money. I recommend her and can't believe some of the sexist comments on this site regarding her looks or the way she was dressed as they are completely false.

Jessica is rude unprofessional and embarrassing. She is unclean and trashy looking. I met her in her office and she had on a very tight cheap cotton mini skirt that was fit for call girls. She doesn't know what she's doing and tries to use intimidation to cover up her inabilities. She is not capable of taking on complex matters. And strings put basic matters to bring her billings up. Check your bills with her and report her to law society for over billings. She shouldn't be a lawyer as I have more knowledge of law than she does. If you want a lawyer who's likely for sale on backpage she's your girl. She looks like she just dragged herself out of bed and likely has did she would have had to bed someone at Taylor to keep her job as she's incapable of doing the job. Dave your money and hire someone else.

Mrs Schofield uses a collaborative approach that not all clients might understand. In my case she knew from day one my financial situation and helped me avoid expensive legal fees. She made a strategy that eventually gave me share custody and opened the doors for free mediation, thus avoiding spending again on legal fees. In that sense she took great care of me and my kids. Since she is a Junior, she takes on other cases when partners are away and limits her time. I appreciate her work.

She has been excellent in dealing with my divorce. She calls when arranged, is never late for meetings with me and genuinely cares about my situation. She offers great advice and is always open to being contacted to clarify situations. Her written proposals are very professional and no petty/false accusations which I like (unlike my ex's lawyer)I feel her fee's are more than fair. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone else.

From the start, Schofield was unprofessional. Often Late, never calls back etc. She prolonged my matter creating conflicts in my opinion for the money.(thousands. My NEW lawyer informed me that my matter could've been settled months prior. Most of her "work" is from consults from senior Lawyers at Taylor. For a law firm with such a good reputation, I'm not sure why she was hired. If you want to spend money for ZERO service, she is PERFECT!
