Robin took my case back in 2012 in regards to me suing a company called discount transmissions that is well known for ripping off consumers. I learned she was very familiar with this company and made me believe and feel confident about her will to fix this within court it is now the year 2015 and yet the only time I've spoke to her is when I track her down. She missed my court date because she was negligent in regards to looking at the date that my case was set for. When I indeed talk to her which I believe has been 5 -6 times over the years she stated she’s filing a motion and it will indeed take time. Yet why no communication is my case less important than any other? I know this isn’t the etiquette or protocol that lawyers follow. Yet I see within her practice that she is no better than the man I was filing against.I believed in her and her practice to defend those working hard against con man. Yet what sets her apart from them she took my money, mishandled my case.
