I had a nasty divorce case in 2010 and my previous lawyer need nothing and spent lots of money for 2 years. Went to see Me. Santos in 2012 and whatever papers or info she needed I did as she asked. She fought hard and I won the case and got full time custody for my kids. She’s kind, caring and she knows her stuff. She tells you as it is which is good instead of hearing lies for other lawyers. I’m so glad that I changed lawyer and went with Me. Santos I did and would again recommend her to anyone.

I had a consultation with maître Santos, and she was very honest and blunt. She was direct and did not give false hope. Not sure what she is like in court, as I only had a consultation with her.

Mrs. Santos, was a nightmare, she continues lies and denies what she says. Makes false promises. She was very rude, please do not maker Mrs Santo manipulate you, at first when you meet her you will be impresses, , but later on as you go on with her she will make you sick. She would loose my documents and say I never give them. She is disorganized has no assistant, many times no secretary available , you get answeing machine. She has no patiance, she hangs up on you. She is a bully and when you want to get out it is to late. Be careful if you don't pay your invoice the day she sends it to day after she keeps on changing you interest. Be careful when you communicate with her because she changes her versions of information , therefore have proof of all her conversations with her, record your calls or keep all your messages. I couldn't continue with her , she made me sick , she accomplished nothing, It was two years I was with her, and I still wasn't divorce , My choildren was in trusted t

My mother went to she the person, she is not a professional at all. She was arrogant and insisted that my mother was the one in the wrong, even to the point of telling her that where my mother said she lived was not so. My mother was furious for having to pay for such arrogant stupity. I hope that this wanna be lawyer reads her ratings.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !
Me Santos was very arrogant and condescending during our initial meeting. She came across as cold and rude and presented a very negative attitude. Countless emails over a four week period were never answered. Easily the WORST attorney that I have ever dealt with! A complete waste of time and money !!

I really liked Maitre Santos... she'll work hard for you and she's very passionate when representing you. Most important .. she's smart and well informed. The only thing that bothered me is that she's very busy and hard to get a hold of. However I was willing to work with that because she always got the job done well. I hired her twice and she came through for me both times.

I would not refer anyone to this Attorney. Unprofessional would be a step up for her. She is on a power trip and carries unresolved emotional issues she brings into her work. She is extremely passive aggressive. This Attorney is too emotional to run a litigation practice. She kept telling me about "karma" and "inner peace" I felt like replying Buddhism isn't working for her and she should try Taoism. She did not care about what my mother (her client) wanted, she only cared that the scenario sounded off and accused me of abusing my mother. She kicked me out of her office stating I was "abusing" my mother. Her interpretation was clouded by her passive-aggressive nature. I do everything for my mother (without exception) I feel her license should be investigated and reviewed by the Quebec Bar Association for lack of ethics, my mother feels the same way! I was not rude in any way shape or form, she simply did not not like from the start and I felt the same about her.

She worked very hard, gave me best advice to not go to court because I would not succeed in the change of custody, I went to see another lawyer sent 15 000$ and lost, she tells it as it is,

Very dissatisfied with her;she has poor people skills. Her priority is not in resolving conflicts or to find a solution in the best interest of her client, but rather what makes it easier for her, and makes her look good as a mediator, when all the while she restricts possibilities with a "it's my way and what I say goes or I'll quit on you philosophy!! No conscience about all the $ the client has wasted only to have the attorney's voice and point of view advocated. Your concerns are not considered,your needs do not matter to her what so ever. By the time you realize this..it's too late She proves the old saying "Life is not FAIR" live with it!

i changed lawyers and went to see her, she explained to me what needed to be done, she listened to me and told me what to expect. I value her ability to explain, she went to court prepared and she was very professional
