If you want a real estate lawyer who will quickly get the papers done, then tell you "it's not my responsibility" as soon as everything's signed and immediately after the sellers do NOT give you what was included in the deal, this is the lawyer for you. Definetly NOT worth the roughly $150.00 you'll save over some other more experienced, and more qualified real estate lawyers, especially where Expensive write in items, and expensive upgrades to the property are involved. Spend a few extra dollars on a much more qualified lawyer who cares about more than money, and save yourself the headaches, stress, and possibly HUGE financial burden down the road so you can actually enjoy your new home instead of constantly stressing.

Archana, was very helpful and quick in the mess of paper work for my new home purchase. She quickly did all the paperwork and contact the home builder lawyers, she definitely relieve a lot of stress I had about getting the house. Next house purchase I will use Archana. Very good Lawyer. Thank you.
