What this lawyer did in one afternoon took me two and one-half years, three law firms and $42,401.57 to undo after he did a Will revision for a 95 year old woman who was very sick and died a few months later. This lawyer would not answer any of my questions. I could find no law firm to hold this lawyer to account. A complaint with the Law Society of Ontario was investigated and closed with no action taken, saying there was no evidence that this woman did not have capacity. My claim was there was no evidence that she did. Clearly ethics and the law are not on the same side of the street. You have been warned.
