I hadn't initially planned on hiring a lawyer, though a friend suggested exploring some options. I'm grateful for her advice which eventually led me to Eric Pedersen. After our initial phone consultation, I decided to retain his services and it was the best decision for my case.
Eric is an exceptional lawyer - astute, articulate, highly knowledgeable, diligent, personable, and honest, to name a few fine qualities. His legal expertise is impressive, though I was just as struck by his integrity and tenacity. He kept my best interests at heart, and helped navigate a very difficult situation. Eric is a credit to the law profession. Highly recommended!

I went to Mr. Pedersen after my disability insurer cut me off. He was able to quickly get my benefits restored after months of fighting with the insurance company on my own. Highly recommend.

Not only was Eric very knowledgeable and efficient, he also made me feel much more at ease with a claim I was very anxious about making. He was very organized and explained things in a way that I could understand. I would very highly recommend him to anyone needing an employment lawyer! I feel fortunate to have found him considering that I didn't have any prior knowledge or recommendations about who to hire to represent me. Thank you Eric!!

I was absolutely delighted with the service I received from Eric Pedersen. From the start he was clear with his objectives, confident and explained the number of the possible outcomes. I was delighted that he won the case saving me lots of stress. I would highly recommend him.

Went to see him for consultation on an employment matter after seeing some good reviews. Very disappointed. Talked for less than an hour. It cost $225 plus tax, which was more than what the secretary had quoted. Did not inspire with his knowledge or demeanor. After a week or so, wanted to followed up on what he suggested by having him write a letter to the employer. After leaving three or four messages, I never heard back from him. A total waste of time and money. Went to the lawyer referral service, and had much better results. It cost a lot less as well.

I looked for a lawyer with "good reviews" on the web and found Eric Pederson. With a few exceptions I find that other people's experiences usually match my own. I found Eric very knowledgeable and assisted me in standing up for my rights. From my experience with Eric he does what all lawyers should do but unfortunately many don't. The fees were fair and I wasn't loaded with any unexpected other charges. I would definitely recommend Eric. I'd give Eric an 8 out of 5 for tenacity. The 1-5 scale above is too limited!

From the first phone call to the last email, Eric has taken the weight off my shoulders, followed through with what he said and has been an advocate in my corner. I would recommend him to anybody that needs help arguing for the right side...KK

Eric Pedersen provided me clear advice in relation to an employment matter I was facing. He was upfront about the costs and risks throughout the process, which indicated to me that he had my best interests in mind.
His delivery of legal services was both prompt and effective. I would not hesitate a second to recommend him to any person or organization in the Victoria area facing a lawsuit.
