When dealing with one his other bad lawyers from his office our complaints fell on deaf ears. They all don't seem to call you back about the status of your case because they are not working on it. When they finally do they charge you. What should take 6 months takes 2 years just to milk you...drip drip drip. Very bad service

I would have to agree that this lawyer, not his colleagues are atrocious. After agreeing to an amount for services, he then charged me an additional amount for other fees, to the amount of almost $600 more. After complaining about amount did not care to rectify the situation. Again to reiterate the prior rating, avoid at all costs.

Rutman & Rutman is the worst law firm I have ever encountered. Avoid this firm at all costs. They lied about actions they took, and blamed other parties for delays they themselves caused. They act slowly, dodge clients by being "out to lunch," and make excessive use of junior staff which results in sloppy, unprofessional work and overly casual communications. And when you phone and attempt to reach a live person to resolve an issue, you get to listen to their on hold recording claiming they prioritize customer service and care about client satisfaction. That really adds to your frustration, when you hang up with your issue still unresolved.
