I can’t recommend Tilda M. Roll highly enough! From the very first consultation, it was clear I was in the hands of someone who genuinely cares. She was incredibly kind, listened closely to every detail of my case. I had initially come in with a need for divorce where she helped put together a separation agreement and set up time to move towards a divorce with the court. Of course life happened, so I then needed a marriage contract instead.With this big change, she had made the pivot with me.

Tilda was recommended to me by a friend who knows her personally and knows of her good reputation.
I needed help with a divorce after almost 40 years of marriage. When I first met Tilda I explained that although I was entitled to more I only wanted half of the marriage assets. Tilda tried on so many occasions to settle to no avail.
After the latest court appearance things started to shift and Tilda made a clever tiered series of offers and it was accepted immediately. I would not have minded going to court but, in the end, I got a bit more than half our assets which is more than I had originally wanted.
Throughout this last year Tilda was professional, kind, to the point, supportive, well understood, and conducted herself in court admirably. I’ll be returning to Tilda’s firm for some estate work.

Tilda takes the intensity out of a marriage breakdown and applies a pragmatic approach to family law. She was able to flush out all the noise and focus on the important manners in a plea. Her communication was very straightforward, simple and to the point. She's a very experienced lawyer who is also a mediator and understands the judicial process for family law very well. As the applicant in a case conference, I was able to witness Tilda representing me by articulating my concerns and requests to the judge in a manner that the judge clearly understood in making a decision that worked for both parties. I highly recommend her as your legal representative if you happen to experience a marriage breakdown.

Tilda Roll has been my Lawyer for over 24 years and she is exceptional in the world of Family Law. Going through a separation/divorce is stressful but if you are fortunate to have Tilda as your Family Law Lawyer you will not be disappointed because she is transparent honest and she knows Family Law very well. Yes, there is no guarantee with the outcome of any venue in our legal world but my Tilda me with a road map of my expectations and they were always on target. Granted there were times that I did not follow her direction but that was because of my stupidity. Tilda is very direct and I like that even though sometimes I would think in a different direction. At the end of Tilda is the best of the best Family Law Lawyers that is out there. On personal level when my Father passed away in 2018 Tilda attended the funeral and I will never forget that. She is not a Lawyer but she is someone who is genuine and good heart. DF

Tilda Roll is an excellent Family Law attorney. She does not waste any time fighting for your right and is very too the point which is important when every minute costs money. If you want a fighter and winner in your corner she the one you need. She helped me in negotiate my separation agreement and subsequent issues with my ex after the fact.

Tilda is a true professional and excellent at what she does. In addition, I have found her to be an honest, compassionate and very approachable. She was highly recommended to me by a colleague and I was fortunate enough to have her represent me in a complex family matter. When I first met her for a consultation, I felt comfortable that she is extremely knowledgeable. Over the time she has represented me, she made sure that my family’s interests are represented in the best way possible. She is very punctual, well organized and always prepared. As such, she is well respected by the judges. Dealing with narcissistic personalities on the opposing side made things so much more complex, however, she worked diligently to ensure my rights are protected. I disagree with the rating below which is false and inappropriate. Tilda is a great lawyer because she is honest and upfront about ones expectations in family law. Tilda is a very good lawyer because she cares about her clients. She is also very encouraging and shows genuine care throughout the entire process. More importantly she is an expert in family law.
