This Paralegal is Terrible. Does not know how to file a simple defence in Small Claims. Billed me for 2 incorrect fillings, which the court did not accept. This is law 101, no experience and poor quality communication,worried more about billing and her vactions than me. Don't walk away from this one, RUN!
