I have several misgivings regarding my experiences with this attorney. I was using her services for filing bankruptcy. This is rather a stressful matter personally, financially, and emotionally and I relied on her expertise to properly file the required documents within the appropriate time frame. This wasn't completed correctly and it increased the stress levels and added more financial burdens and additional issues with creditors. The lack of unprofessionalism extended to the management of the office with the lack of returned calls. The information wasn’t forthcoming regarding the process or the questions/concerns.
This matter with the unprofessionalism of this office magnified this unfortunate period in my life.
