He's a sleazy lawyer coming off as an 80's Wall Streeter. He wants to spark a fight where there isn't one, at a very sensitive time where he knows he can make money.

I was served with Supreme Court documents one day. I had less than two weeks to find a lawyer and prepare documents. I had a family member who told me about their positive outcomes with Mr. Koochin and I decided to give his office a call. I had spoken with several lawyers in Kelowna, and none of them seemed like a good fit. I have had many lawyers who were not a good fit. Mark called me back within two hours. Unethical- does not fight for his clients. He just wants to line his pockets, make friends with opposing counsel and drag out court case.
