Sissie Pittullo work with me on a case that stemmed from another firm. She was great. She is on top of issued when they come about as I witnessed with family and friends. The Pittullo's are great people and have always been straight forward with me and my family and friends. My experience with retaining Jonathon Zitney, he is a great attorney and was straight forward on dealing with my case. If you did wrong he will tell you. All the staff are great and have been since the year 2000 which I have experienced. I have case experience with other firms. Hands down Now Firm is Rancho Family Law Group. Highly recommended with all the referrals I sent.

One of the worst attorney's and horrible ethics in my opinion. claimed to be a child advocate only to be found guilty of not advocating for a child and colluding with her husband attorney timothy pittullo and attorney jonathon jitney and attorney brittany pittullo. A bunch of low-life attorneys who take advantage of people to do money grabs and nt deliver results. In perpetual malpractice cases and lawsuits against themselves. They are a mess. Unethical, compromised human beings that have zero conscious and are out to screw clients for their own self gain.

This lady is a crabby lawyer. She is now in Hawaii after divorcing Tim Pittullo. Tim Pittullo has a history of being arrested, being under the influence, multiple divorces, multiple malpractice cases, losing numerous malpractice cases, pushing female attorneys. Sissie and Tim divorced in Hawaii and got the records sealed so that all of their divorce clients, receivers, US small business association, malpractice victims couldn't get access to see what their assets really are. Attorneys are supposed to be held to higher ethical standards according the the California State Bar. But not all can be investigated due to limited resources.

Attorney Sissie Barker, Attorney Jonathan Zitney, Attorney Peter timothy Pittullo are the lowest of the low. They are unprofessional and unethical. They excessively over bill and their work product is pathetic. Attorney Zitney also works out of the law firm of Schwartzberg & Luther, APC - Schwartzberg & Associates but his is also listed on Pittulo Esq and Pittullo, Barker and Associates. What doe this tell you? Several people have reported him to the California State Bar. Consumers beware, search the malpractice cases in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bern etc. Search arrest records for Pittullo in San Bern and LA. Check out the Pittullo divorce in Hawaii and how quick he did his own divorce and how he will drag yours out for tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Tim Pittullo turned my billing concerns over to his wife sissie barker pittullo. She was very difficult to work with and lied to me about my billing. She then turned nasty and defensive when she was confronted with detailed facts as to how they incorrectly billed. She still did not take action to correct this. I reported her and the law firm to the california state bar

Awful experience. The law firm of Pittullo, Barker and Associates over-billed me. Staff was rude. I would not recommend their services. She was sued for negligence for failing to protect a minor and she and the law firm with her husband Tim Pittullo lost big time. They had to pay over $300K for what they did. Her current husband has been arrested twice. Her first husband and their divorce has carried on for over a decade. She appears to be confused at court and unsure of herself and relies on a young inexperience attorney Mr. Zitney to do the thinking. he's a friend of her son's. Very strange dynamics consumers should be aware of all this when researching.
