Referred to Deborah Graham for a separation. While she worked at being balanced and sympathetic, she wasn't always consistent in being non-partial and came across as quite transactional at times. The process took more iterations on her side and cost more than expected to conclude the agreement. Did get the job done in the end. Client service could be better.
